Bobby Has A Test

The Characters:

The Plot:

Introduction

Bobby was in Sixth grade. There was an upcoming Spanish test and she forgot to study.

But she didn’t realize until there was only one block before the test. 

Initiating Incident

A few minutes before English class…

Bobby was rummaging through her locker, looking for her agenda to double check if there really was anything she missed. And of course, there was. She flipped to the current date, and realized there was a Spanish test. Today. 

What am I supposed to do!? Bobby thought, panicked. And then the bell rang for class.

Rising Action

Bobby had a plan. She excused herself from English class, and went to the washroom, bringing her Spanish textbook with her and opened it in the stall.

I’ll study in the bathroom until Spanish! Then I’ll get an A+ for sure! Bobby thought she had a great plan. And it was, until Ms.Totoro barged into the bathroom and demanded to know if Bobby was okay. Bobby made up an excuse saying she was almost done. Ms. Totoro nodded and left. Bobby had no idea what happened, because you can’t see a person nod when you’re in a washroom stall.

Climax

Bobby walks into the classroom determined, confident and prepared for whatever comes next. English class was already over, and Ms. Cherry was setting up. Bobby readied herself for the test. She sharpened her pencil, and brought out a new eraser.

Resolution

Ms. Cherry said to the class, “Okay class, sorry for not informing you sooner, but the Spanish quiz is canceled! There was a mixup with the schedules.”

The class erupted in cheers. 

“And also because I found out I have a tumor in my shoulder, and I have a doctor’s appointment right now.” Ms. Cherry side eyed the students. The cheers died pretty quickly.

Bobby was very angry. She went to the washroom, studied for 30 minutes, and skipped her favorite block so she wouldn’t fail this test. And now it’s canceled.

Conclusion:

Bobby learned two important things. One: she had anger issues. Two: She probably shouldn’t have forgotten to study. Even if the test was canceled.

As for the anger issues, she may have thrown her textbook on the floor and stormed out of the room. So dear students, please don’t do this in your life. This won’t do you or your textbook any good.
